Xbox 360 (slim) Opening Tool Kit

This opening tool kit is made for Xbox 360 Slim consoles. The flat opening tool helps release the side grates, shell clips, and rear hidden release points without fighting the case with screwdrivers or chewing up the plastic tabs.

After the side grates are removed, the lower/bottom section of the outer shell can be released. Removing that lower shell section exposes the screws that secure the upper shell to the Faraday cage and body of the console.

The included L-shaped security Torx key has both T8 and T10 ends, which are the two screw sizes used for Xbox 360 Slim consoles.

Notes:

Some care and patience is still required when opening the console, especially around the plastic shell clips. The opener tool is used to help release the Xbox 360 Slim shell clips, side grates, lower shell section, and hidden rear release points. The T8/T10 security Torx key is used for the security screws inside the console.
