1. Fulfillment Errors
1.1. What Constitutes a Fulfillment Error
A fulfillment error occurs when TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC ships an item that does not match the confirmed order due to a mistake made during packing or fulfillment.
Examples include:
-
- The wrong item was shipped
- An incorrect quantity was shipped
- A required item from the order was omitted
- The item received is materially different from what was listed and purchased
Only errors directly caused by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC qualify as fulfillment errors under this policy.
1.2. What Does Not Constitute a Fulfillment Error
The following are not considered fulfillment errors and do not qualify for replacement:
-
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Customer misunderstanding of product descriptions, compatibility, or intended use
- Changes of mind after ordering
- Damage occurring after delivery or due to customer handling
- Carrier delays, routing issues, or package theft
- Requests to exchange items that were correctly shipped
- Attempts to retain part of an order while seeking replacement benefits
2. Reporting a Fulfillment Error
All fulfillment issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
Claims submitted outside this window may be denied regardless of circumstance.
3. Review Process and Required Information
Before a corrective action will be approved, customers must provide documentation sufficient to verify the issue, which may include:
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label
- A written description of the issue as received
- Any additional information reasonably requested to confirm the claim
Failure to provide required documentation will result in denial of the request.
4. How Fulfillment Errors Are Corrected
A verified fulfillment error may be resolved by:
- Shipment of the correct item, or
- Another reasonable corrective action deemed appropriate for the specific error
The method of correction is determined by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC based on the circumstances of the error.
5. Return Shipping for Incorrectly Shipped Items
When a verified fulfillment error has occurred, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may provide a prepaid return shipping label solely for the purpose of recovering the incorrectly shipped item.
Providing a return shipping label is a courtesy corrective measure and does not constitute:
- A refund
- Compensation
- A waiver of any policy requirement
- An admission of fault
- The creation of any contractual obligation beyond those expressly stated in published policies
Use of a return shipping label is conditioned upon full compliance with packaging and handling requirements. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If an item returned using a courtesy shipping label is improperly packaged, inadequately protected, or damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging, the return shipping courtesy may be void.
In such cases, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may:
- Charge the customer for the cost of the prepaid return shipping label
- Deem the item non-returnable due to customer-caused damage
- Deny any refund, replacement, or corrective action
Any charge assessed to recover the cost of a misused or abused return shipping label represents reimbursement of an incurred shipping expense and not a penalty or fee.
6. Limitations and Conditions
Corrective actions under this policy are strictly limited to resolving the verified fulfillment error only.
- No upgrades, substitutions, or additional items will be provided
- Corrective actions do not restart return, warranty, or dispute timelines
- Approval does not imply acceptance of unrelated claims
- Only one corrective attempt will be issued per fulfillment error
