1. Shipping & Handling Processing Time

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC ships five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday. Saturday shipping may occur when operationally feasible but is not guaranteed. Orders are not shipped on USPS-observed holidays, and shipping timelines resume on the next USPS business day in accordance with the official United States Postal Service holiday schedule. Orders placed before the same-day cutoff time of 12:00 PM Pacific Time will typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next business day.

2. Carrier Use

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the overwhelming majority of outbound shipments. UPS may be used in limited circumstances involving heavy or oversized packages when USPS services are not operationally suitable. Carrier selection is determined by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC.

3. Security & Handling Instructions

All inbound and outbound shipments are handled with care and subject to security measures designed to protect customer property and document carrier activity. These measures may include clearly posted delivery signage, secured drop locations, and continuous video surveillance of shipping and receiving areas. Security protocols do not shift carrier liability, and carrier availability, routing, scan events, and delivery timing remain controlled entirely by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring delivery notifications.

4. Payment Authorization & Capture

Placing an order authorizes payment only. Payments are captured when an order is prepared for shipment, not at the time the order is placed. This provides a review window during which customers may contact TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC to request adjustments before shipping. During this window, customers may request removal of unwanted items or the addition of forgotten items. If items are removed, the captured amount may be reduced accordingly. If items are added and the total exceeds the original authorization, the invoice will be updated and handled by releasing the original authorization and requesting a new authorization for the updated amount, or by capturing the original authorization and requesting authorization for the remaining balance. Once payment is captured and fulfillment begins, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be adjusted or canceled. Forgotten items require a new order. Unwanted items are subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy. When a shipping label is purchased, the order is fulfilled in Shopify, a tracking number is attached, and a shipping confirmation email is sent. Tracking updates are provided and controlled solely by the carrier. Delays or gaps in tracking do not indicate loss.

5. Address Accuracy & Verification

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate and complete at checkout or within their customer account. If an address cannot be verified, the order may be placed on hold and the customer contacted for confirmation. Customers have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to address verification requests. Orders may be canceled if no response is received. Customers are responsible for monitoring email communications, including spam or junk folders.

6. Shipping Insurance & Additional Coverage

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC does not assume responsibility for loss or damage during shipping once an order has been transferred to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the carrier (for example, when the carrier receives the package and the first acceptance scan occurs). From that point forward, delivery timing, routing, scan activity, handling, and final delivery are controlled solely by the carrier and any destination postal or customs authority. Carrier-provided insurance and tracking services are offered by the carrier and do not constitute a delivery guarantee or assumption of liability by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier. USPS includes up to one hundred dollars (100 USD) of insurance with eligible services, and insurance availability, coverage limits, claim eligibility, and claim outcomes are determined solely by the carrier and are subject to carrier rules and service limitations. Certain carrier services, including but not limited to USPS First-Class Package International, may be ineligible for inquiries, claims, or insurance payouts under carrier policy, regardless of tracking status or delivery outcome. If additional shipping insurance or coverage is desired, customers must request it before or immediately after placing an order. Additional insurance cannot be added once a shipping label has been purchased. Carrier insurance decisions do not obligate TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC to issue refunds outside the scope of the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

7. Lost Shipments & Tracking Issues

Carrier timeframes, delivery estimates, and eligibility requirements are provided for reference only. Tracking updates are generated and controlled solely by the carrier, and temporary gaps, delays, pauses, or periods of inactivity in tracking do not indicate loss and do not constitute grounds for refund. If tracking stops updating or a shipment appears stalled, customers must contact TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC within the applicable carrier claim or inquiry window. Failure to initiate contact within carrier time limits may result in claim ineligibility. A shipment is considered under active review once TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC has acknowledged the issue and initiated a carrier inquiry, claim, or investigation, and remains under review until the carrier issues a final determination. TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC is not responsible for carrier refusal, denial, or rejection of a claim, even when submitted within stated carrier timeframes. All shipping loss determinations are subject to carrier review and final decision. Once a shipment clears United States export processing and enters the custody of a destination country’s postal service or customs authority, routing, release, holding, return, or delivery decisions are controlled solely by that authority. Shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC while a shipment is in transit or under carrier review. Initiating third-party complaints, platform escalations, or payment disputes while an issue is actively being reviewed or resolved does not accelerate processing, override carrier determinations, or create entitlement to a refund outside the terms of this policy. Repeated or parallel dispute activity may result in the limitation or discontinuation of future purchasing privileges after the matter is resolved.

8. Shipping Damage & Carrier Claims

If an item is damaged during shipping, carrier insurance claims must be filed within the carrier’s required timeframes. If packaging shows visible handling damage upon delivery, customers must photograph the package before opening it, as well as the item and any damage after opening. TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC will handle the carrier claim process on the customer’s behalf and provide confirmation of claim submission. Carrier claim decisions may result in full approval, partial approval, or denial. Refunds, if applicable, are issued based on the carrier’s decision after claim closure. Shipping damage claims apply only to damage attributable to carrier handling during transit. Issues related to product function, compatibility, installation, configuration, modification, or use after delivery are governed by the Warranty & No-Warranty Policy. Carrier claims do not override warranty limitations, exclusions, or no-warranty designations. When damage or malfunction cannot be attributed to carrier handling, responsibility is determined under the applicable warranty or service policy. In all cases, responsibility is assigned to the appropriate party based on the nature and cause of the issue.

9. Delivery Failure & Address-Related Returns

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless reimbursed by the carrier. If a shipment fails delivery due to address inaccuracies, recipient unavailability, delivery refusal, name mismatch, customs rejection, or destination postal handling, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC is not responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or customs fees. Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy, recipient availability, and compliance with destination country delivery and customs requirements. Once a shipment is under the control of a destination country’s postal service or customs authority, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC cannot redirect, intercept, or force a return of the shipment.

10. Return to Sender & Refund Outcomes

Return-to-sender shipments are not considered customer-initiated returns and do not automatically qualify for a refund. International orders are final once shipped, and customer-initiated international returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable law. Shipments returned to TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC are inspected upon receipt. If an item is received in original working condition, the item purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. If damage is present, the cause of damage will be evaluated. If damage is determined to be the result of improper packaging, handling, misuse, modification, or sender fault, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. If damage is attributable to carrier handling, a carrier claim may be pursued, and any refund issued is contingent upon the carrier’s claim determination. Refunds do not include shipping, handling, customs, or postal fees unless reimbursed by the carrier. Shipping refunds issued by a carrier do not obligate a merchant refund and do not override the Return & Refund Policy.
