1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC offers a return window of ten (10) days for orders shipped within the United States. The return period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking information shows the item as delivered. All international (non-U.S.) product sales are final. For purposes of this policy, “delivered” means the carrier’s delivery confirmation scan indicating delivery to the shipping address provided on the order. To initiate a return request, customers must contact TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC through an official communication channel within the return window and provide valid proof of purchase. Return requests are considered opened based on the date and time received. Services are generally not eligible for return or refund. Any goodwill consideration, if extended, is provided at the discretion of TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC and does not establish precedent.

2. Condition Requirements for Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all original retail packaging and protective materials. Returns are evaluated based on resale condition. Items returned in non-resellable condition are not eligible for refund. Resale condition is determined at the sole discretion of TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC based on observable factors, including physical condition, packaging completeness, signs of handling or installation, and any condition that diminishes resale value or marketability. Items must be packaged with equivalent care and protection as originally shipped. Inadequate packaging, exposed connectors, missing ESD protection, or insufficient internal padding may result in rejection.

Responsibility for an item in transit rests with the sender. If damage occurs during return transit, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC will handle carrier claims on the customer’s behalf. Customers must not initiate carrier claims independently. If a carrier determines damage resulted from improper packaging or sender fault, the return will be rejected and financial responsibility remains with the customer.

3. Return Acceptance, Rejection & Shipping Responsibility

This section applies to domestic (United States) orders only. International orders are final once shipped and are not eligible for customer-initiated returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and the original outbound shipping cost, unless reimbursed by an approved carrier claim.

If a return is rejected, the customer will be notified and given ten (10) calendar days to pay return shipping to have the item sent back. If no response or payment is received within this period, the item may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable law and the business’s published unclaimed property and lien procedures, as set forth in the Service Policy.

4. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds are initiated immediately and processed through the original payment method. Processing typically completes within one (1) to three (3) business days, with funds posting according to the payment provider’s timelines. Refunds or exchanges are the only remedies offered. Store credit is not issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must inspect items promptly upon delivery and report damage or defects within ten (10) days of delivery. Items manufactured, assembled, or modified by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC are tested for basic functionality prior to shipment. Factory-sealed items may not be opened or tested and are sold as received. If an item is not functioning as intended, customers must contact TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC before any return or replacement is authorized.

6. Defective Claim Limitations

Claims based on improper installation, misuse, modification, lack of user knowledge, or compatibility issues do not qualify as defective item claims.

6.1 Consumable Items & Restocking Fees

Certain items sold by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC include consumable components or materials that degrade, expire, or lose resale value once opened, used, altered, or partially consumed. If a return request involves consumable items or items containing consumable components, a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) may be applied. This fee is intended to recover reasonable costs associated with inspection, handling, repackaging, testing, and diminished resale value. Restocking fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically applied to all returns. Restocking fees do not apply to items determined to be defective due to an error or fault on the part of TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC.

6.2 Found-Working Items & Restocking Fees

A restocking fee is not applied solely because an item is determined to be functional. Any restocking fee assessed must be based on actual consumable impact, handling costs, or demonstrable loss of resale value.

If an item is determined to be defective, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may require return, disposal, or other handling as directed. Any remedy is issued in accordance with this policy and the Warranty & No-Warranty Policy. Warranty determinations do not expand, override, or create refund eligibility beyond what is defined in this Return & Refund Policy.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes impose significant financial and administrative burdens on the business and are considered violations of this policy when initiated without first following the established return and refund process. Customers are expected to contact TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC and attempt resolution through the applicable policy before involving a bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not suspend, override, or replace this policy. TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC will contest chargebacks and disputes using order records, tracking data, communication logs, inspection findings, and applicable policy documentation.

To protect the business from fraud, abuse, and repeated dispute activity, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC reserves the right to restrict or revoke future purchasing privileges for any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute. This may include restrictions associated with related accounts, payment methods, shipping addresses, or other identifiers used to place orders. Such actions are taken as risk management measures and do not constitute a penalty or admission of fault.
