5. Custom & Modified Items

6. Warranty vs. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Any warranty consideration is separate from and does not extend:

  • Replacement windows
  • Chargeback or dispute deadlines

Warranty review does not pause, reset, or override any other policy timelines.

7. Warranty Determinations

Customers requesting warranty consideration must provide clear documentation demonstrating the claimed defect or issue. This may include photographs, descriptions, testing details, or return of the item for inspection. TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may require inspection, testing, or verification before determining whether an issue is covered under warranty. Warranty determinations are final and are based on the information available at the time of review.
