The Xbox 360 Kinect uses a proprietary connector that carries both data and power on compatible Xbox 360 S/E consoles. This adapter bridges that proprietary Kinect connector to USB and provides the external power needed for use with Xbox 360 fat/phat consoles or compatible PC setups.
