international send-in services are not available.

Send-In Service Procedure

The Send-In Services listed on this page describe service-only offerings used during consultation and work order creation. Any attempt to place an order containing these services without an issued work order is automatically canceled by the site system.

All Send-In Services begin with the creation of a work order and require an understanding of the applicable policies. These services are governed by the Service Policy and Shipping Policy. If the customer is local, the Local Pickup & Drop-Off Policy applies in place of shipping.

Intake & Work Order Creation

Intake for Send-In Services is handled exclusively through this site’s built-in messenger.

The site messenger is required for intake in order to maintain a documented log of the conversation and to allow the exchange of pictures, videos, links, and other descriptive details necessary to evaluate the requested service and answer questions.

Intake requests made through email, social media, or any channel other than the site messenger are not accepted for work order creation.

Once intake is completed through the site messenger and the requested service is understood, a work order is created in accordance with the Service Policy.

Shipping or Local Drop-Off

No equipment should be shipped or dropped off without an approved work order and authorization.

For shipped items, handling and transport are governed by the Shipping Policy.

For local customers, drop-off and pickup are governed by the Local Pickup & Drop-Off Policy.

Equipment delivered without authorization or outside of policy may be subject to delay, refusal, or handling as defined by the applicable policies.
