2. Storage Media Handling & Testing

Storage media are not required for most services and should not be sent unless necessary.

If storage media are included with a service request, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may power and use the media for testing purposes only. This may include creating shop test profiles or loading test content as part of functional verification.

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC does not access, load, alter, overwrite, or delete a customer’s existing game saves, profiles, progress, or personal data unless expressly directed by the customer.

Testing activities may result in the creation of incidental test data. Such data is created solely for testing purposes, may or may not be removed after testing, and does not create any obligation to return the storage device in its prior data state.

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to shipping any device or storage media.
TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC assumes no responsibility for data loss under any circumstance.

3. Open-Source and Permitted Software

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC strictly limits BIOS-related work to what is explicitly offered as a service.
