1. Acceptable and Unacceptable Conduct

1.1. Acceptable Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to interact with TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC in a respectful, honest, and lawful manner.

Acceptable conduct includes:

  • Professional and respectful communication
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Following stated policies, procedures, and instructions
  • Raising concerns or disputes in good faith

1.2. Unacceptable Conduct

The following conduct is not tolerated and may result in immediate action:

  • Harassment, abuse, insults, or aggressive language
  • Threats of harm, intimidation, or coercive behavior
  • Repeated or excessive messaging intended to pressure or harass
  • Dishonesty, manipulation, or misrepresentation of facts
  • Bad-faith disputes, chargeback abuse, or refund manipulation
  • Attempts to bypass policies, systems, or safeguards
  • Disrespectful conduct toward staff or representatives
  • Any behavior that disrupts operations or creates a hostile environment

2. Abuse, Harassment, and Bad-Faith Behavior

Abuse, harassment, threats, manipulation, or bad-faith behavior are not tolerated.

When conduct is reasonably determined to be harmful, abusive, or disruptive, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may take immediate action.

3. Service Refusal, Order Cancellation, and Account Action

TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Restrict or end communication
  • Deny future transactions

Refusal of service or account termination does not require explanation or justification and may occur with or without prior notice.

Violation of this policy or any other company policy may result in immediate action, including:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account termination
  • Refusal of future service
  • Communication restrictions

Such actions may be taken without warning.

4. Effects of Service Refusal

After service refusal or account termination, TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC may limit or end all further communication and support.

Any remaining communication, if permitted, will be limited to matters required by law or necessary to close an existing transaction.

5. Limitations and Enforcement Authority

All enforcement decisions, including service refusal, order cancellation, account action, or communication restriction, are exercised by TKS CUSTOM SUPER MODZ LLC.

The company is not required to provide justification, explanation, evidence, or advance notice for enforcement actions taken under this policy or any other company policy.

Failure to enforce any provision in a specific instance does not limit or waive the company’s right to enforce the same or other provisions at any time.
