About TK
My name is Tony Kuberka, and I run TK’s Custom Super Modz.

I’ve been working with original Xbox hardware for many years, driven by a hands-on curiosity and a desire to understand how things work rather than just use them. What started as a personal hobby grew slowly and deliberately into a business built around repair, refurbishment, and carefully designed hardware solutions.
I approach this work as a builder first. I focus on stability, reliability, and long-term support, not chasing every new trend or rushing unfinished ideas to market. If something doesn’t meet my standards or isn’t ready to be supported properly, I won’t offer it.
In addition to repairs and services, I continue to design and refine hardware rooted in proven foundations. Projects like Jafar and its ongoing refinements came from solving real problems in my own shop, not from chasing hype. I believe good designs should be practical, understandable, and built with care.
Refurbishment is a major part of what I do. The original Xbox is aging hardware, and keeping these systems alive is essential if anything else in this space is going to continue. Recapping, restoration, and preventative work are not extras. They are foundational.
I enjoy working with people who care about the craft and want to understand the work behind it, and I do my best to make sure expectations are clear so projects go smoothly for everyone involved.
What you can expect from me is careful work, honest communication, and a commitment to doing things properly.
