5. Custom & Modified Items

By purchasing custom or modified items, customers acknowledge and accept the risks involved.

6. Warranty vs. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Any warranty consideration is separate from and does not extend:

  • Chargeback or dispute deadlines

Warranty review does not pause, reset, or override any other policy timelines.

7. Warranty Determinations
