The Xyclopse chips can be found on revision 1.6 motherboards. This is a proprietary chip, designed by Microsoft, that combined several IC's that you would find on previous motherboard revisions, including the SMC/embedded controller, PIC, and the firmware (TSOP) chip.
The Xyclopse's bios memory has been long believed to be non-programmable however It was recently discovered by Prehistoricman that the A-A02 version of this chip can be flashed.
I do not perform this flash service due to the requirement of using a programmer to do this, however it has been confirmed that you can remove an A-B01 version (non flashable) and replace it with an A-A02 version which can then be flashed.
These chips have been pulled off of dead 1.6 motherboards, Installed on a working bench box to verify functionality, and then removed and packaged.
I do have a service where I can uninstall a bad or non-flashable Xyclopse and install a new one for you.
