Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us so we can look into it for you.
Return Policy
We offer a 10 day return policy for orders shipped within the United States, which means you have 10 days from the time that your tracking details show that you've received your item to contact us for any return request inquiries. To open a request, you will need to provide the invoice, order number, or proof of purchase.
ALL international (non USA) sales are FINAL.
Services are NOT eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. The item is to be complete with all the packaging material, unless clearly disclosed to us and approved by us in your return request. If an ESD sensitive device is returned without it's included ESD protection, the return will be instantly rejected upon receiving it. Eligibility for return will be forfeited.
If you are requesting to return parts that have consumable items or if you have altered a part, we reserve the right to reject the request however this doesn't automatically make it ineligible for return. All return requests of this nature will be handled on a case by case basis. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied for the consumable items.
Most of the items and services that we sell, we also assemble ourselves and extensively test them for full functionality before they're shipped out. We take all necessary precautions to protect items from being damaged in shipping. Please see our shipping policy for more information on "Proper Electronics Shipping and Handling Procedures."
If a return is REJECTED, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to pay for shipping to have us return it to you, as received, within 5 business days. If you fail to reply to our notice of rejection or if you choose not to retrieve the item, it will be discarded.
If a return request is ACCEPTED, You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. This means you are responsible to pay for your return shipping label to send it back to us. You will also be financially responsible for the original shipping cost listed on your invoice.
Damaged and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if there are any issues with it. Defective claims also fall under the same 10 business day policy as normal returns. You have 10 days from the time your tracking information shows that you've received it to file your claim. We do our absolute best to ensure customer satisfaction so if there are issues on our end, DO NOT worry about it. We WILL do our best to make it right!!
We extensively test all of our products and service. We take all precautions to properly protect it prior to shipping, so we guarantee the products/services we provide leave our shop fully functional. If the Item is not working as intended, please contact us immediately for assistance in troubleshooting.
We do not assist with any software, hard drive, or bios issues however we can take a look at mod chip install pictures to help identify any installation errors. Please see our software policy for clarification on what we can, and can't assist with in regards to mod chip assistance, Any bios assistance we can provide will be located in this software policy page. Your lack of knowledge on this type of hardware does not merit a defective item claim and claims of this nature will be flat out rejected. Research this type of hardware before making your purchase by reviewing installation guides.
If an item is deemed defective by our staff, we will either ask you to discard it or we will provide a return shipping label. Alternatively we can send you a link for a return shipping label. We will replace it as soon as we receive the faulty part or if we choose to ask you to discard the faulty item, we will ship a replacement to you same day or next shipping day. If we can't replace the item, we will refund IN FULL including the original shipping charges. We take FULL responsibility for any errors on our part.
Warranties
The console that we specialize in is 20+ years old and was manufactured right in the middle of the Capacitor Plague era. It makes no practical sense to offer any kind of warranty on most of the items and services for computer hardware this old with well known flaws in its components. For new production items, some of the suppliers do offer warranties which I can extend to you. If there are issues with newly manufactured items, please contact us and we will communicate with suppliers. We will not extend warranties with suppliers if the damage is due to abuse, improper installation, or negligence in shipping or ESD protection procedures.

Abuse of Defective Return Policy
If an item is claimed to be defective and found to be in working order upon our return inspection, we may charge up to a 20% restocking fees. All incurred shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund total amount.
Charge-backs
Bank & credit card charge-backs will result in revocation from making future purchases at this site. We will challenge disputes by providing proof (tracking information) of your receipt of the item to the institute that's issuing said charge-back.
