This is an optical (Toslink) adapter that I put together for the OG Xbox Monster cable. The box is made from 3D printed PETG. This unit is tested on the S-Video and the Component versions for OG Xbox and the component Xbox 360 version. I guarantee compatibility with those 3 versions. All other versions are at your own risk but will most likely be compatible as well. Unlike Monster's version of this adapter, there is a clip design to hold the adapter onto the cable itself. This management of the adapter prevents stress and will prolong the life of the adapter's cable.

After finding this store from a facebook group, I stumbled across this adapter. Nearly a decade ago, I had purchased a used Monster component cable set without the optical audio adapter from a thrift store. Ever since then, I have been searching for the adapter.
