3rd Party - I use the 3rd party AVIP's in my production and almost any other manufacturer of aftermarket cables for this system also uses the exact same AVIP. They're great quality and work just as good as the OEM plugs. They are easier to work with because the ground/shielding pins are on the lower row. This makes it easier to solder without shorting wires.
OEM - These are cut from working cables and sold whole and as is. These are plugs you will have to disassemble to reuse. Some of these have tape on the pins and some have glue. Both are not hard to remove however the glue can be a little trickier. I cannot differentiate between the 2 by just looking at them externally and I cannot say which one you will receive because I do not disassemble these plugs.

Audio Video Interface Sockets

These are pulled from motherboards using a solder pot for fast and clean removal. I have both the 1.0-1.4 and the 1.6 style available. 

***It's recommended to only use this solder pot method on dead/junk boards because other parts come off of the board when you float it on the molten solder. It's best to use a good desoldering gun on functional boards to remove bad ports.
