SERVICE: DVD Drive Refurb

This service includes the full disassembly and cleaning of the DVD drive mechanism and laser. All originally greased parts are cleaned of their old grease and fresh grease is applied.
If a New DVD Drive Belt is purchased, this will also be replaced during the refurb process.

If the drive is not reading, a good refurb can sometimes breathe new life into it. If the refurb doesn't make it read again and the laser is going out, the potentiometers can be adjusted to give the laser more power however this is usually a temporary solution before the laser burns out for good.
