Arduino's are known to have weak solder joints and can break. If you have a broken USB port and need it repaired, please contact me to set up a send-in on it to get a new Arduino installed and get all of them updated tot he newest firmware.
Cost for repair is $20 per Arduino and this covers the cost of the replacement Arduino as well as labor and programming.
